We are growing rapidly and are now seeking an incredibly talented, passionate, and flexible Customer Success Manager who identifies with the following:

  • You are a strong writer and communicator who knows how to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing outstanding support for the industry’s leading platform for capturing and replaying interactive social networking conversations
  • Onboarding new users to the product
  • Conducting wellness checks on existing accounts and identifying potential churn scenarios
  • Staying up to date on social media trends and changes to social media networks

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Phone/email based customer support: 1 year
  • Customer facing role, preferably in software/tech: 1 year
