We are growing rapidly and are now seeking a talented marketer to help our lead generation team. This role requires expertise in demand generation and marketing automation, a high level of creativity and analytical thinking, and confidence engaging senior executives. The individual in this role will be responsible for the team’s demand generation KPI’s.

Who You Are:

  • You want to take on more demand gen responsibility, and are ready to own accountability for demand generation KPI’s
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable operating in a heavily metrics-driven environment
  • You have broad demand gen experience and specific expertise with marketing automation
  • You are highly knowledgeable about social media advertising, email marketing, website and landing page CRO
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You are passionate about optimization and pushing to exceed goals
  • You are a team player and can leave your ego at the door
  • You are knowledgeable about B2B demand generation best practices across a variety of channels
  • You have 5+ years of marketing experience with B2B SaaS companies

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working directly with our Director of Marketing, managing our demand generation efforts
  • Taking responsibility for meeting monthly KPI’s, managing the team to specific metrics for account engagement, opportunities influenced and revenue influenced
  • Coaching and mentoring team members executing on digital campaigns and events
  • Working closely with Sales leadership on campaigns and manage communication between the two departments
  • Collaborating with our Content Marketing Manager to identify content assets for demand generation campaigns

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
  • Experience with inbound marketing and marketing automation
  • Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Proven ability to establish goals, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross functional team environment.
