We are a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to expand our sales management team. We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to head our team of Account Executives as our Inside Sales Manager.

What does the Inside Sales Manager do?

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of the ArchiveSocial Inside Sales Account Executive (AE) team, achieving defined team quotas and goals, ensuring AE adherence to processes, as well as promoting individual AE professional growth and success.

Manage, Supervise, Coach, and Train

  • Drive AE team sales quota attainment and maximize new monthly sales
  • Monitor and ensure effective pipeline management, high close rates, and strong Average Sales Price
  • Coach and mentor AEs to overcome sales prospect roadblocks and perform regular effective follow-ups
  • Perform both initial and ongoing AE training and education

Monitor, Track, and Adjust Strategies

  • Ensure AE adherence to processes, messaging, and sales methodology
  • Report to the Director of Sales on team metrics, successes, failures, and sales activity
  • Re-align messaging as necessary, in collaboration with the Director of Sales, to ensure AE team meets expectations

Collaborate and Integrate Sales into the “Bigger Picture”

  • Work with the Sales Development Representative Manager to ensure a smooth hand-off of booked meetings
  • Work with Customer Experience team to ensure optimal customer experience, post-sale
  • Participate in hiring activities, define team targets in collaboration with the Director of Sales

Who are you?

  • You have 2 years’ previous inside sales management experience
  • You have 1-4 years’ previous experience as an Individual Sales contributor in a fast-paced sales environment
  • You have a passion for hands-on management of an AE team
  • You possess strong organizational skills
  • You bring a strong CRM proficiency (preference for Salesforce) with a focus on reporting
  • You have demonstrated leadership skills and experience
