As a company, we have been growing nearly 100% year-over-year, based on organic revenue, and we are looking to expand our Marketing team.  We’re seeking a passionate individual who is driven to succeed, and can see themselves below:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting or selling partners, customers, or prospects
  • Experience with inbound marketing and marketing automation tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Proven ability to establish goals, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross functional team environment.

  • You are highly analytical and comfortable operating in a heavily metrics-driven environment
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You are comfortable reaching out cold to individuals and making introductions
  • You want to take on more demand gen responsibility, and are ready to own accountability for demand generation KPI’s
  • You are passionate about optimization and pushing to exceed goals
  • You are a team player and can leave your ego at the door
  • You are knowledgeable about B2B demand generation best practices across a variety of channels

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building a pipeline of 50+ partner organizations and individuals advocates, including identifying prospects, making first contact, and scheduling introductory meetings with the Director of Marketing
  • Developing strategies for engaging these partner organizations and individual advocates to extend the reach of our marketing programs
  • “Programmatizing” the execution of the partner and advocate program, so that it can scale to 75+ members
  • Working with other team members to ensure execution of quarterly partner and advocate demand gen programs
  • Managing partner events- including trade shows and field marketing events
  • Maintaining regular communications with partner organizations, including quarterly check-ins
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure demand generation KPI’s are met
  • Managing to specific metrics for traffic, engagement, opportunities, and closed-won deals, tracked by UTM codes for partners
