We are a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to expand our marketing team. We are seeking a driven and experienced marketing professional to join our team as the Web Developer & Nurturing Specialist.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Web Developer & Nurturing Specialist has two core responsibilities. First, this role is charged with proactively managing ArchiveSocial.com to optimize online demand generation opportunities by increasing conversion rates, improving SEO, and mapping the customer journey to improve the user experience. The second core responsibility is to drive the successful execution and testing of nurturing campaigns to drive engagement with our marketing messages. They work hand-in-hand with other members of the marketing team and our inter-department colleagues to create, test, measure, and optimize these campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include graphic design work with the potential to include video editing and animation, campaign execution support, resource library management, helping set the path and executing on a social media plan, and acting as a resource for all internal stakeholders.
