ArchiveSocial is rapidly expanding and we are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced Sales Operations Analyst / Team Lead to support our growing sales team.

What does the Sales Operations Analyst / Team Lead do?

    The Sales Operations Analyst / Team Lead is the hands-on leader of the three-person Sales Ops team. The mission of Sales Ops is to provide exceptional operational support for ArchiveSocial’s 35+ sales group. This includes responsibility for the sales technology stack (Salesforce, Chili Piper and related tools), prospecting assignments, sales workflow, data projects, sales process creation, meeting scheduling, data analysis and reporting. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and is a key position at ArchiveSocial, working closely with the sales leadership team and marketing.

    What You Will Do

  • Define, implement, and manage sales processes in partnership with sales management
  • Ensure and enforce high data quality in our sales systems
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic objectives, process adoption, and evolution
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales for cold and warm outbound engagements, as well as inbound engagement
  • Manage, develop, and grow the Sales Ops team, currently consisting of two Sales Ops Assistants and one remote contractor
  • Manage and evolve the technology stack used by sales, including Salesforce administration (processbuilder, custom fields, reporting), and Chili Piper
  • Identify new opportunities for improvement and efficiency

Who are you?

  • You have 2+ years of experience driving an organization’s Sales Operations function
  • You are a hands-on leader with strong experience creating and evolving sales processes, and managing sales systems
  • You enjoy opportunistic problem solving, and have a positive can-do attitude
  • You are driven and passionate when it comes to managing data and processes
  • You have a strong understanding of effective data flow between Marketing to Sales, as well as the importance of having sales and marketing teams working tightly together
  • You are highly organized, detail oriented, and analytical
  • You are persistent and tenacious
  • You have a strong desire to collaborate with all employees including individual contributors and sales managers, as well as the executive team
  • You have prior experience or understanding of marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred, Marketo, Eloqua for example), and sales enablement platforms such as Chili Piper, Outreach, Salesloft
  • You have a 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
