We are growing rapidly and are now seeking an incredibly talented, passionate, and flexible Customer Success Manager.

What does the Sales Operations Assistant do?

As a member of the Sales Ops team, you will support the Sales team’s operational success. The Sales Ops team is focused on evolving, streamlining, monitoring, and reporting on sales processes and sales performance, as well as acquisition, processing, and management of new sales leads and data. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Sales Ops Lead to assist in the following activities:

  • Perform general data entry with high accuracy
  • Efficiently clean and assign accounts and leads
  • Maintain our CRM database to ensure high quality data
  • Oversee and organize sales team calendar and meeting blocks
  • Run and monitor campaign reports on activities and meetings
  • Inspect and correct collected data
  • Consistently update and maintain Sales and Sales Ops process documents
  • Provide direct support to our growing sales team

  • Bonus points: You are experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM, ChiliPiper, Google G Suite
