As a company we are growing rapidly and are now seeking an incredibly talented, organized and data driven Sales Operations Coordinator.

  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google sheets
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

What you’ll work on:

As a member of the Sales Ops team, you will support the Sales team’s operational success. The Sales Ops team is focused on evolving, streamlining, monitoring and reporting on sales processes and sales performance, as well as acquisition, processing and loading of new sales leads and data. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Sales Ops Analyst to assist in the following activities:

  • Creating and updating process documents used daily by the Sales department
  • Generating sales and marketing target lists
  • Performing account and lead screening and assignment to sales reps
  • Running and monitoring sales activity reports to track sales team activities, ensuring compliance and providing reporting and recommendations to management
  • Assisting on data acquisition projects and ensuring high quality of data
  • Collaborating with sales reps on a daily basis to provide CRM support (updating account information, merging contacts…)
  • Reporting to your manager and providing feedback on sales processes compliance, data quality
  • Helping identify & driving improvements to CRM and data strategies
  • Interacting with Marketing and Customer Experience teams as needed
