What does the Sr Digital Marketing Manager do?

We are seeking a Sr Digital Marketing Manager to own the website, all website content and all aspects of digital strategy and execution – including paid and organic, helping to drive prospects to the ArchiveSocial website and other owned/earned/paid media and convert them into leads/opportunities for ArchiveSocial. You will work with and support the entire marketing team and make recommendations on strategies to support the organizational goals, including content and social marketing strategies.

The role will be measured by achieving successful milestones with the digital profile, specific marketing campaign metrics such as leads, revenue, opportunities and additional metrics as defined

 

Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute the digital strategy for all owned properties/websites.
  • Manage and execute all digital marketing efforts including organic and paid.
  • Develop a strategy for SEO/SEM, implement it (working with the team when needed for content), creating/editing website structure/content as necessary.
  • Collaborate in the creation of all content – including case studies, presentations, blog posts, and articles that are nationally publicized to hundreds of thousands of people to insure we are optimized from the SEO/SEM perspective.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust budgets as necessary.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and impact and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the Marketing team to create highly targeted, integrated multi-channel awareness and demand generation campaigns via various channels such as AdWords, eMail and Social channels.
  • Use analytics and insights to better profile, target, and retarget prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Educate and mentor the team so they can learn SEO best practices and how their roles affect our digital performance.

Requirements – What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of [7] years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • BA/BS
  • Experience with data-driven SEO/SEM analysis and optimization.
  • HTML and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Front-end web development skills, including HTML & CSS experience.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and digital marketing tools (WordPress, Analytics, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, etc).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident self-starter able to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, the ability to derive meaning from data and a desire to improve processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, cooperative and positive attitude.
  • Drive to learn, develop skills and grow as a professional.
  • Agile, resourceful and thoughtful.
