Belinda Willis

Belinda Willis spent 20 years as an award-winning reporter before starting the City of Mansfield’s first Communications and Marketing Department in 2001. She is a past president of the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO) and continues to serve on its board. She is also a board member of the City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA).
