Terms of Service for State & Local Government

If you are a state or local government or government agency in the United States (“You”), and You are using ArchiveSocial in your official capacity (“Official Use”), the following terms apply solely to such use and all other terms remain in effect.

1. DISPUTES

Licensee and Licensor will endeavor to resolve any disputes in an amicable fashion.

2. VENUE

The provision in Section 14 of our standard Terms of Service requiring venue in Durham County, North Carolina does not apply to your Official Use.

3. GOVERNING LAW

The provision in Section 14 of our standard Terms of Service requiring governance by the laws of North Carolina does not apply to your Official Use.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Section 11 of our standard Terms of Service applies only to the extent permitted by your jurisdiction’s laws.

5. INDEMNITY

Section 10 of our standard Terms of Service does not apply to your Official Use.
